Ward 1 Councilman Matthew Hay

Matt Hay was elected to the City Council in April 2008. Matt is married to Stacie and they have one daughter, 3 dogs, and an identity conflicted cat that thinks he is a dog.

He has been employed by Thomson Reuters (formerly Reuters America) since 2005 and is currently a Revendor Relationship Coordinator. Matt graduated summa cum laude and received his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Maryville University-Saint Louis.

He was appointed to the Planning and Zoning Commission in 2006 and has served in that capacity up until his election to City Council and now serves on the Liquor Control Committee.

Ward 1 Councilman Randy Crisler

Randy Crisler is a local business owner that was elected to his first term in April 2005. Randy is the council representative to the Planning Commission and serves on the Liquor Control Committee.

Randy and his family have lived in the city of Arnold for five years.
