The Municipal Court Judge is Stephen "Todd" Hamby. The Municipal Prosecuting Attorney is Paul D'Agrosa.

The Municipal Court can be reached by phone at 636-296-0595 or 636-282-6695. Fines may be paid in person Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m.and 4:30 p.m. at Arnold City Hall located at 2101 Jeffco Blvd. Arnold Municipal Court is a Division of the Jefferson County Circuit Court. Municipal Court is held on the first and third Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m.
