If you are an Arnold resident with low income, you can take advantage of our Low Cost Spay/Neuter program for your household pet(s).
Your pet(s) must be registered with the City to take advantage of the low cost. If you have a pet that is not registered with the City, you will need to register your pet before being able to participate in the program.
The City of Arnold Health, Animal & Vector Control Division will need to verify that your income meets the income thresholds listed at right and that you are an Arnold resident.
Bring a copy of your most recent W-2 and a photo ID to the City of Arnold Health, Animal & Vector Control Division at 2912 Arnold Tenbrook Road for verification.
Upon verification, we will send your name and address to Arnold Animal Hospital.
You must then contact Arnold Animal Hospital at 636-296-7060 to schedule the surgery.
