Arnold boasts nine city-owned parks, including Pomme Creek Park, the Arnold Recreation Center with both indoor and outdoor pools, Jim Edwards Archery Park, and Arnold Jaycees Skate Park inside Ferd B. Lang Park. Among the 400 plus acres of parks and natural preserve areas, Arnold provides facilities for picnicking, boating, fishing, sports, trailblazing, and other leisure activities, including a seasonal farmers market, a skate park, and a dog park.

Arnold is a regional shopping and hospitality destination – known for its vibrant retail corridors on Jeffco Boulevard and MO 141 – with such businesses as Walmart Supercenter, Target, Kohl’s, Ross, Home Depot, Lowes, Schnuck’s, Dierberg’s, and a large number of casual dining and quick service restaurants, as well as lodging establishments, such as Drury Inn & Suites and Pear Tree Inn.
Arnold also is home to an equally vibrant industrial base, among the manufacturing firms located in Arnold are Metal Container Corporation (Anheuser-Busch), LMC Industries, Sinclair & Rush, and Convergys.

Flamm City Park
Flamm City Park is a cluster of several public use areas with 36 acres located at Telegraph Road and the Meramec River.
Flamm City has a paved parking lot with spaces for vehicles and vehicles with boat trailers. A boat access ramp allows fishing and trails for hiking also are available.
Flamm City Park borders David R. Collins Park, Teszars Woods Conservation Area, and Pomme Creek.

Please Note: An additional $150 Deposit Fee is required for all pavilion rentals (including pavilion rental for 5k events). The deposit can be paid 30 days prior to the rental date or at time of booking. Deposit fee will be refundable pending satisfactory status of rental area.

Park Rules & Regulations
In accordance with the City of Arnold Code & Ordinances Title II Chapter 230 Parks and Recreation; Chapter 235 Garbage, Trash and Refuse; and others as applicable.
- Park hours are one-half hour before sunrise and one-half hour after sunset.
- Pets must remain on leash at all times except at Paw Parks.
- No selling or assessing of fees in the park without the express written permission of the Parks Director.
- No glass containers permitted at any park.
- No littering (take any items with you that you bring to the park).
- No loud music.
- No fires on the grounds. Fires are allowed only in BBQ pit areas.
- No outside entertainment enterprises associated with a rental unless prior approval is added to contract and approved by Director.
- No discharge or use of weapons in park.
- Please refrain from feeding ducks/geese.
- Swimming, wading, boating, and skating are prohibited in all waterways.
- Motorized vehicles are only allowed on authorized roads.
- Skate Park is for inline skates, roller skates, and skateboards only. No bikes, pets, etc. allowed.
- Inflatables are allowed with a certificate of insurance provided to the Parks Department from the renter/rental company.
- Solicitation is prohibited in all parks.
- Horses and petting zoos are not allowed.
- Golfing and golf practice are not allowed (excluding disc golf).
- All rules and signs, such as speed limits, shall be obeyed by user.
