H2O Boot Camp is not your typical water exercise class or even boot camp!
This class will maximize both cardio and strength training while giving you a full body workout through interval training.
Although it is easier on your joints by using water as resistance, it is a high-intensity class. Come join our Camp and see the results!
Register by calling 636-282-2380, or visit the Rec Center in person where a Front Desk Staff Member will register you and/or your family members.
Classes are 8 weeks long. New class sessions begin the week of January 6, 2020.
