Original Basic Training Boot Camp is an intense military style physical conditioning 60-minute program with a MAJOR attitude. Participants can expect to slim down, tone up, and build cardiovascular and muscular endurance.
You WILL give 100% and you WILL produce results. This class is intense and geared for participants of all fitness levels, but one thing all participants will have in common is a passion to go beyond what you thought was possible for yourself.
