A weight-training workout set to muscle pumping, motivating music, Muscles in Motion is a simple athletic-based class that uses body bars, hand weights, and resistance bands to strengthen, tone, and define every major muscle group. The class has a 15-minute segment of a variety of exercises designed to work your entire abdominal area.

Classes are 6 weeks long. The next class session begins the week of July 23, 2018.
