Our Senior Strength & Balance class includes yoga, tai chi, arthritis exercises, and light weights. This class is for all fitness levels. No floor work.

For questions or to register, call 636-282-2380, or visit the Rec Center in person where a Front Desk Staff Member will answer your questions and register you and/or your family members.

Classes are 6 weeks long. New class sessions begin the week of January 6, 2020.
