Tai Chi is a Chinese exercise class that is relaxing and gentle,with flowing exercise coordinating movement, breathing, and thoughts. You’ll increase your flexibility, coordination, balance, range of motion, and circulation. This class is offered at a beginner, intermediate, and advanced level.
You must have permission from the instructor prior to registering the first time for the advanced level.

Classes are 6 weeks long. New class sessions begin the week of January 6, 2020.
