YOGA: BASICS Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to refresh their foundation. Yoga basics breaks down essential postures, breathing techniques and alignment cues in a supportive, easy to follow format. Expect a slower pace with clear instruction, (optional) hands on assists, and modifications for all bodies. You’ll learn how to move safely, build confidence and connect breath with movement one step at a time. This class is ideal if you are new to yoga, returning after time away or simply wanting to deepen your understanding of the fundamentals and philosophy. **please bring a mat & blocks are encouraged**
