Get motivated and energized with our Yoga / Physioball class. It increases your core strength and is a fantastic way to exercise your whole body in a comfortable, fun, and safe atmosphere. Classes suit all ages and abilities, and they are designed to train the deep core muscles of the spine and abdominal area (core stability).

Exercising using the movable and unstable ball means that several muscle groups are worked in conjunction with each other to help balance and strengthen the body.
