Deposit and Cleaning/Set Up Fees
Please Note: An additional $150 Deposit Fee is required for all Party Rooms, Meeting Rooms, Indoor or Outdoor Pool, or Gymnasium Rentals, including Light Up The Night Party Packages. The deposit can be paid 30 days prior to the rental date or at time of booking. This deposit fee will be refundable pending satisfactory status of rental area. In addition, a non-refundable Cleaning/Set Up fee of $25 is required and due at time of booking.
Refunds
Refunds for rentals will ONLY be made for medical reasons, military reasons, job transfer/moving, or death. The participant must complete a withdrawal form, which you can obtain at the front desk. Documentation will also be required. If approved, refunds paid by check or cash will be mailed to the individual who paid within 4 – 6 weeks. Refunds paid by credit card will be issued to the credit card holder within 14 days. All refunds will be charged 10% of the sale as a processing fee. No refunds or rescheduling will be issued for a rental that is cancelled less than 14 business days prior to the rental date.
For Special Events that Include Food: No refunds will be available.
