Public Hearing: MoDOT ADA Transition Plan

//Public Hearing: MoDOT ADA Transition Plan

MoDOT will be hosting a public hearing at Arnold City Hall on Thursday, October 24, 2019 from 4 – 7 pm.

The public is invited to learn more about the improvements that need to be made on Route 61/67 in Jefferson County from north of the Meramec River to south of Collier Drive.

To maintain our roadway and continue to keep motorists safe, we need to resurface the pavement in the area.

Also, MoDOT will be upgrading guardrail to meet the Federal Highway Administration safety standards.

In compliance with our ADA Transition plan, MoDOT will upgrade the existing pedestrian facilities, including ensuring all signals within the project limits are accessible pedestrian signals.
