Arnold Municipal Court is a Division of the Jefferson County 23rd Judicial Circuit Court.

The Municipal Court Judge is Stephen “Todd” Hamby.

The Municipal Prosecuting Attorney is Paul D’Agrosa.

The Municipal Court Clerks are Kristin Thiele and Jennifer Roth.

Municipal Court is held each month on specific Mondays at 7:00 pm.

When You Are Summoned To Arnold Municipal Court

  • You have been summoned to come to court on the date shown on your ticket.
  • If you do not come to court when summoned to do so, you are subject to a warrant being issued for your arrest.
  • You may plead not guilty by coming to court, and a trial date will be set.
  • You may plead guilty by mail or by coming to Arnold Municipal Court to pay your fine.
  • If you plead guilty, you will be given a new date to pay if you can’t pay the day of court.
  • If you want to plead guilty, but you don’t have the funds to pay your ticket, you still must come to court. You will not be arrested for not having money to pay.
  • If you are indigent, you may be required to complete documentation to be determined by the court as evidence of your financial status and as an aid to the court in assessing fines, costs and setting of a payment plan.

All payable tickets can be paid in person or by mail.

Paying In Person
To pay between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, report to the Arnold Municipal Court Building at 2101 Jeffco Blvd., Arnold, MO, 63010. Payments can be made in the lobby at the Municipal Window. After hours and weekend payments are accepted at the drop box in the parking lot. Cash, Credit Cards, Money Orders, Certified Checks, and Personal Checks are acceptable method of payment.

Paying By Mail
Payments can be sent by mail by enclosing the ticket with either a check or money order for the amount of the fine into an envelope address to :

Yes, the clerk is allowed to extend a one-time continuance for the next docket date. For the continuance you must contact the court clerks office at (636) 296-0595.
A suspension will be entered against your driver’s license, which could affect your insurance and subject you to additional penalties
