Home-based businesses allowed in the City of Arnold must adhere to the following regulations:
- The only employees can be two (2) family members who live in the residence.
- Customers cannot enter the residence.
- No outdoor signs or displays indicating a business is operating.
- No outside storage.
Not allowed: Beauty shop, barber shop, music school, nursing home, tourist home, or massage parlor
