Arnold Recreation Center is pleased to offer Premium Adult Aquatics Fitness Classes at several intensity levels. Check out these popular classes listed below. These classes are NOT included in your membership.

Adult Aquatic Fitness classes take place in 2 of the lap lanes. Class participants should not enter the water until 10 minutes before the scheduled class times.
